Shopping for a E320 bluetec

I am looking for a E320 Bluetec, 2008, 2009 or 2010. Any items to watch out for?
CPO worth it?

Some guidance please?

2009 would be the best year, final year of the 211, better navigation system, no Urea. They didn't sell the 212 Bluetec in 2010, I think its first year was 2011.

Perhaps you might considered a good clean W-211 2005 or 2006 CDI?

Many think the straight six with 3.222 ccs are a better engine than the 3.0L V6 aluminum engine.
Also, the V6s all have DPFs whereas the straight sixes do not.

By MY 2010, there were no more W-211s.
The W-212s are bigger and heavier and therefore have 3.07 gears and do not get the good
fuel economy of the W-211 diesels, either the 2005-2006s or the 2007-2009s.

The W-212 diesels are only rated at 32 mpg on the highway.
The W-211 diesels all do much better than that!

You will surely pay more for a CPO vehicle. Is that extra coverage worth it?
Hard to say.
I just bought my 2005 CDI, and it had 107,700 miles on it and was seven years old, so no
warranty of any kind. So I have had to shoulder all items that needed correction.
That forced me to learn about these cars, and doing so has saved me plenty.

Good luck in your search. You may need to go out-of-state because
many of these models were not originally sold in California.
