hello. i´m new in this forum. i own a vito 112 cdi made in 2001. i was looking for an shorter intake manifold to replace the long-way intake. i found it in the mb om 628 400 cdi v8 engine. it suites perfect to the om611 cylinder head. i had only to build a spacer for the needed distance to the cylinder head. i modified the original intake manifold and placed the spacer between the om628 manifold and the rest of the original manifold. now the compressed air runs direct from the intercooler into the intake manifold. so i saved 1,2 to 1,5 meters of way and a lot of curves in the tube. this modification will probably suites in c-class and e-class with om611.
