Can I Still Get A Tune With A Faulty EGR Valve?

Just checked a CEL on my 2005 E320 CDI and I've got a faulty EGR valve.

I had been planning to get a tune that would disable it anyway, but my question is can I still obtain a tune that elimintes the EGR functionality while I have a distinctional EGR valve?

Thanks for any help!

Well I was going to remove the EGR valve to give it a cleaning and this stopped me in my tracks! Looks like I found the cause of the fault code, a mouse must have had its way with some of the wires there.

Yes, plenty. Cleared the code and everything is back to normal.

Time to order up that Green Diesel Engineering tune!
