Schnellfahrer

I have spent a lot of time trying to read the instrument oil level on my 2008 MB BlueTec. In spite of reading up and watching YouTube demonstrations I can not get to the read out which mentions the oil level. I do get as far as the Voltage read out but after that I can push any button in any sequence but there's nobody home. Is this perhaps a feature my car does not have? Or am I doing something wrong? Of course I can always use the dipstick which I have done many times but doing it from the driver's seat sounds a lot more attractive.
Any advice on this subject is greatly appreciated.
