car just had custom intercooler
and Hybrid turbo fitted with
EGR Delete,
rear silencers removed also.
and the dpf will be done also with the custom map.
worried the car will struggle without the uprated injectors and fuel pump.
Any ideas please.
Unfortunately, I have no answers for your questions. I'll be checking in now and then to see if someone else does though.




I know where you want to go, but it is not going to be easy and in lot in places is not going to be legal.
Don't think it is going to be ethic anywhere, but race track.

The car has been restricted due to the gearbox not taking anymore power torque.
So I'm happy, i need reliability as well as i do alot of mile's.

car is very quick now, the torque is fantastic, and the noise, I'm not going further with it at the moment due to the gearbox not taking any more power. Unless I find a solution later on.
i have everything in a car now, S212 AMG Sport in calcite white, 695 litre boot, perfect for my European trips.

Any pics yet? And i'm curious how the DPF & EGR delete was done. I'm looking to buy a E350cdi & keen to get this work done. And regarding your exhaust, is it the standard system? Thanks.
i have fitted H&R Springs and lowering links on the rear, very low but no rubbing or scraping of the arches.
only modified exhaust is the straight through pipe removing the rear boxes. Plus DPF and Cat & EGR delete.
performance not timed the car, but the pull is strong until the redline. The mileage i do, i do not want another car, i have everything in this car now, just make sure the car always gets a full service and i change the oil inbetween services.
it is not impossible to get the figures i have, i imagine the newer 350cdi cars will have stronger gearboxes, i cannot quote that, but my power and torque could of gone further, but the gearbox was struggling with the torque.
i will post pics later on, plus r/r figures.

Still pretty good on fuel, 1350 miles using two and a half tanks of fuel. Driving at high speeds on the motorway in Europe.

These guys will do your custom intercooler and Hybrid turbo. Just mention the white E350cdi sport.

I'm looking to start works on my OM642, how did you go about upgrading the turbo? What one did you go with? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
other than that i have removed the rear silencers for straight pipes.
DPF Delete & Cat delete.
EGR Delete was done by Venom turbos.
plus custom map.
Only issue i have is my gearbox needs a remap.
although its better now i have done a reset.
Problem is not 3rd to 7th, its 1st and 2nd in sports mode, such a big gap when changing, it actually spoils the drive of the car, very lazy gearbox.
But my car as been restricted to 700nm 516lbs torque due to the torque converter, so i need a upgraded one, the turbo is good for 350Bhp - 370Bhp

I will soon be on 170,000 miles. I have had a few wear and tear parts replaced due to the mileage but other than that its running great.
