Those who drove Bluetecs on 20% bio reported problems with fuel system, not carbon build up or DPF issues.
Bio suppose to act as a cleaner on exhaust, although I am skeptic about it as the issue in US become political and too much propaganda overcomes the facts.
I drove NA 603 diesel on 100% bio. The engine performed with no hesitation, although the power drop was pretty noticeable and I had to use the trick I was doing on VW diesel >> for better acceleration turn AC off.

I am trying out a fuel system cleaner BG245, so far it is pretty incredible. My idle is noticeably smoother, I thought I had a engine mount going bad, but now that I have used BG245, I am not so sure. MPG is up about 10%, car runs smoother as well.

Suppose to use use it every 10,000 miles, some dealers in the South East use this in the customer Bluetecs regularly. Also need to drive short distances with it for 3/4 of tank, the stuff needs to sit.

Thought i I would pass along the find, put it in my 2012 S350 with 73,000 miles

2012 e350 bluetec
I can't remember the details since it happened right after I bought the car but a "check engine" light turned on one morning. I brought it to the dealer and they had to download new software. Apparently there was a Service Notice about the def tank heater and low temperatures if I remember correctly. They had to change a temperature parameter for the def tank heater I believe.

The service repair ticket just said 201200005 SCR Unit. Campaign required. Never had a problem since.

Hope this helps.
