Best code reader and reset tool

hello. I am looking for a scan tool to read codes and reset possibly service intervals.

I currently have a actron scanner scanner that seems to read codes well. But I was going to give to daughter to keep in her car when away. Looking for a replacement. And was looking for suggestions if a better reasonably priced tool is available

this is is for a 2008 gl 320 cdi. The act Ron model I have is the cp9575

thank you

You don't need scanner to reset service. Each car has different procedure how to do it, so check your section for instruction if the car manual doesn't have it.
For code reading, any $7 OBD bluetooth plug will do it with free Torque app.

You like blue, or black?

i would de-focus on the plugs, however a gap of .625 is most efficient.
