New w212 Bluetec owner please help help
I’m in dire need of advice, long story short I own a 2011 Bluetec it has this smoke and pumping sound coming from underneath the hood in the middle of the tires... please help attached is a video of what I saw...l can someone please point me in the right direction? okay so accompanied with this smoke rough downshifting, rough idle I’m the morning, erratic up shifting when engine is cold, I think it’s okay gas mileage; but idk no check engine light, the engine temperature stays a bit over the 80... tailpipe kind off smell almost sweet but like chlorine when temperature is cold please help! oh it’s 87k

I can guess it is OM642 engine, but would be nice if you could tell?
Video shows smoke from droplets of fluid hitting hot exhaust.
That might have several different explanation, but those engines are know for week oil cooler seals, so feed us maintenance history?
