2012 ML350 Bluetec
Odd "Whirring" Engine Noise
I have a 2012 ML350 Bluetec with the OM642 diesel. I just started noticing an odd whirring sound along side the standard diesel rumble. Almost sounds like a turbine. Can hear it loud and clear in the attached audio clip. Thoughts? https://drive.google.com/file/d/1WkS...w?usp=drivesdk

Out Of Control!!
I would suggest that you lift the hood, have your girlfriend work the accelerator and you listen for the location of the sound, then have your girlfriend respond!
