2011 E350 BlueTec stalling

2011 E350 BlueTec stalling
Hello everyone!
I am in need of help:
My 2011 E350 BlueTec is stalling.
At above idle speeds, it appears normal.(normal power/performance) At idle (stop light) it is surging, and stalling.
Under easy driving, the engine will stall.
It will start after 4-6 seconds of cranking.
On my last, short trip out (20 min driving) it stalled 5 times.
Error code (generic) P-0191. Fuel rail pressure low.
Cold, car starts normally, right away.
The car has a "Kleeman D-Box" tune. It is now bypassed, for troubleshooting. (Disconnected with blind plug)
I bought the car in 2013 with 25K miles on it. Kleeman tune installed then. Car now has 97K miles.
Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!
