Limp with 2520-001, 2553-001, 2633-001 codes

Limp with 2520-001, 2553-001, 2633-001 codes
2009 e320 bluetec limp after warm up.
Autel M509 with right mass air, and upstream oxygen sensor codes.
Bring it to the mechanic with an Autologic scanner
codes 2553-001 (learning values too large), 2633-001 (Mass air flow sensor drift offset under engine load), 2520-001 codes R48/1 (thermostat) short circuit to positive.
The smoke leak tested except on the the oil separator. Soap test on turbo to intercooler aluminum pipe's o-rings area.
I tested the fuses and all seems okay.
Possible parts to replace : MAF sensor and air assembly, and pressure sensor (exhaust) on the turbo? Where to get the pressure sensor on the turbo (left side)?
I have already replaced air filters, MAP sensors, and upstream oxygen sensor.
The Turbo is 4 year old Garret 777318-0002. I think the pressure sensor was taken off the old turbo.
