Bluetec Recall and AC

Has anyone noticed since the recall was completed to the Bluetec retrofit and software update, that the AC stops blowing cold air when you start the car when it's hot, drive to the first stop/light and when sitting the AC starts to blow hot. Once you move it kicks on and never does it again, I've found 2 others that the car does it to, usually when it's over 105ish.

Dealer recharged system, replaced AC compressor, replaced a hose that they thought might be collapsing, none of those have helped. Once I spoke to others they said they have noticed same issue.

No, not on my GLE, but it just cooled down to 105F, so maybe it will come.
My E250 still waits for AEM. The waiting lines are long and I am not in hurry.

My fuel economy does not seem to have suffered, it has been about 3k miles. The long cranking due to glow plug warmup is a little annoying, but whatever. Power wise I do not feel a difference, but I don't beat on it, only issue is the AC and I can't say that's due to the Software yet.

On my 2014, it blows hot when it starts and when I drive about 200ft-500ft it blows cold. But I do not know if that is different from before the AEM update? I don't notice these things, I get in, start and drive.

My 2012 ML350 did that before and after AEM. If the outside temperature was in the mid 90s or higher it would consistently do exactly that. But it happened before the AEM as well. I never did find the problem before trading the car.
