Service for 2011 E350 Bluetec
I purchased a used 2011 E350 Bluetec with 62K miles on it. It is in great condition. I have a couple of questions for the forum:
1. The oil was last changed in Oct. 2021 with 60K miles. So it is little less that 2 years since last oil change with only 2K miles. Should I change oil now? If not, when?
2. The fuel filter was changed in July 2022 with 61K miles on it. So, only 1K miles since the last fuel filter change. When should I do it next?
Any other general maintenance things that I should look for? Please suggest.

The time limit on oil changes is forced by US lawyers, who made class action suits about year 2002.
I tend to trust engineers with such issues and having lot of seasonal equipment, with low miles I don't hesitate to keep oil for several years.
I live in dry climates, but water condensation in oil pan can be issue in wet climates.
Fuel filters can last for life of the vehicle, but then it takes one bad fill to have it clog.
I carry spare filter with tools to change it as even with new filters you can get stranded very easily (unless you fill at Shell only).
Keep an eye on oil cooler seals.
Enjoy new drive. .
