OM 648 oil leak

Hello all
I am new here and looking for help.
I have a 2005 e320 CDI with 197,000 miles. Maintenance done on schedule mostly by myself.
last few oil changes I began seeing traces of oil on the engine skid. Thought it could be oil cap and oil breather and replaced that. Then saw oil leaking from oil feed line off the head and replaced o ring and tighten exhaust bolts as well.
week later seeing oil in the garage coming through the engine cover.
Going in again today but if anyone has any ideas I would certainly be thankful. This little oil leak that is has now grown has been around for the last 15,000 miles.
seems to accumulate on the bottom of engine turbo side. Can’t see any oil running down from top of the engine.
Thank you

Cannot see any signs of leaking

Spent quite a bit of time under and over the vehicle last night. See lots of oil soaked in matting that is around oil pan. Saw some oil on the bottom of turbo but not enough to run down the oil pan.
Going to drive around today and check again
i left the engine skins off, does anyone know if driving without them on can cause any problems?
only driving a few miles around town
thank you
