Oil Level Sensor 2008 GL320

Anyone ever change the oil level sensor?
I am getting "check.oil level next fuel stop"

But level is ok when checked. Near top but not over safe range.

Grrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Seems with a wealth of simple through the pan oil level sensors, MB with the M642 decided to use a sensor that bolts INSIDE the oil pan.

I guess I am going to just leave it in and put up with occasional errors on the screen.

Does anyone think an engine flush might help loosen up the float?

Anyone have a recommended flush for our oil-picky DPF systems?

This is how those sensors are calibrated on my engines.
Even I am old school and I like to refill new oil just above Min mark, I have to go closer to Max to avoid warnings.
