Can anyone ID this part W124 300D

Could be part number 537 on this page. Be advised I just picked a 300D model at random (Version 124.903 with engine M 603.960).

Edit: If you cannot find the part available, any reputable machine shop can make you a new one. Will cost more, of course.

it’s a fitting that goes to the block. What connects to it is the oil cooling system hardline pictured here.
i am still going to try my hand at recreating it in my shop. A dealer in New Jersey had one. Mercedes said that was the only one they had in the states but there were 1000 in Germany. One other site reported it in stock. $18 from Mercedes

didn’t see your reply until now. Euro Parts West here in AZ figured it out for me around the time you replied. Mentioning them because they have a ton of oddball stuff available same day. They delivered the o-ring that goes on this for free.
