OM642 Mystery Oil Leak

Any of you OM642 experts out there have any idea what might cause this? I go through it in this video.

Honestly hard to see the oil leak. Generally it requires taking stuff off to get a good view of whats going on.

Someone posted a comment on my video telling me that it's likely the oil filter housing where it bolts to the block. I did not realize the bottom part extended so far over and bolted to the front of the block.
