OM651 Fuel filter. Whats the difference Mann 820/17 and 820/18
I am coming up to a filter change in the next 4000km. I have been using the WK820/17. I wonder if the 820/18 is the identical filter, but has a longer dewatering line. The price difference is significant. I sent an inquiry to Mann and never received a simple answer. This is for my 2015 GLK 250
Thanks

One is for your vehicle. the other is for sprinter om651 vehicles. Not sure of the internal difference. Oh and the price difference is $20 on amazon Just FYI, not sure about your area.

Don't know if this is the same thing, but, for my 2014 one filter has a built in heater and the other one you have to swap the heater from filter to filter. They are apparently not interchangeable, in other words, you can't take the heater out of the one that comes with the heater and install it in the one without. The part listing states: "Check the number on the original filter before buying. Mixed installation occurred from the factory."
I think if you look up the part by your VIN it will tell you which one you should have.
