Quantity correction values of smooth running control missing min and max values

These codes appears after reflashing the ecm with delete file”we tried with 3 different tuning company “same faults
camshaft and crankshaft hall sensors have been replaced and still same thing
engine running roughly and there is knocking sound at one of the injectors
When we did a quick tech in zero quantity all values goes to -0.30us and engine run smoothly for about 26 km then start running crazy again with same codes(did that more than 20 times during last yr)
i reflash the ecm to stock codes are gone but still missing min&max values of smooth running
can’t go back to stock coz we take off the dpf filter out
reason for delete is Egr valve faults
i recode the 6xinjectors valus 2xtimes
any help?
Sounds like you need to reach out to the company that supplied the tune to have them sort this out. I am not a fan of deletes, though. Would have been much less trouble to have the EGR replaced for free under the AEM warranty.
