i know what you are saying and i agree. i think they only did this to be little different than CL. after all, it should be all new design.

accelerate, and stop, but once you are stopped it will not resume driving by
itself. It initially picks a distance to keep from the object in front, but then you
can adjust it down or up. More importantly, even if cruise control function is
off, it will brake to prevent a collision. I have already experienced that - truly
spectacular!

I finally got my distronic system fixed. I tried to get the dealer to let me have the old, broken part. But they told me they had to send it back to Mercedes so they can figure out what caused it to malfunction. It now works...I guess we'll have to see how this car does on the long run. Don't get me wrong, I love this car and love how it drives. I just hope it doesn't spend any more time at the Benz dealership.

makes the car look really attractive, not to mention that it looks fantastic in
calcite white! But this confirms that the coupe looks much better with gray
colored rims like the forged five double spoke available as an option on the new
E63 (Extremely expensive).

Very nice pictures! Did you take it out in the snow yet, how did it perform in the snow?
The E-coupe looks so much nicer and cleaner at the front without the license plate. You guys are lucky in Alberta, we are stuck with the front plate in BC.

i took my car out in the snow and it was okay. i still believe that this all season tire isn't really designed for this car anyway but o well...
yeah BC has to have front plate as well.. yeah that sucks. i lived in ontario before and it's the same there. i hated it. anyway, have fun with your new ride~

Coupe vs Sedan
BTW,,,this is the first coupe I ever bought. I have had 2 BMW's and a C 350 (08) which I loved...but , I fell in love with the E coupe but I see sedan people complaining that it isn't a real E because it is built on a C frame. Somehow, I do not care! It looks and drives GREAT. Any cmments?

Does your calcite white have an ash interior? I have not seen that combination. Mine is Palladium with ash. I will get blk flood mats eventually to give alittle contrast.

of course, if you're worried about mpg, don't get this car or any V8 period. gas is the price i pay for a constant thrill.

I don't drive a lot and can afford the gas, but on a purely technical note, my
friends with Audis tell me that they get much better fuel economy.
Incidentally my combined average as per on-board computer is 15l/100 km or 16 mpg.
And yes E550-Coupe, I do have a heavy foot
