i had to bring my MB for recall work which they had to removed front seats and work on it. they left a bunch of minor scratches and cuts on the inside door panel. they are gonna replace all the parts tomorrow but i'm very disappointed that they just gave me the key without saying a word about this. acting like nothing happened...

Good to hear you caught the issue right away. I think it's dishonest of them to just give you back your car without mentioning this, as they knew they messed up your brand spanking new car.

I wonder what they would have said if you didn't catch it for a few weeks? Would they have tried to say you must have done it yourself somehow?

Hi, first post here... Just picked up my coupe last week and am still getting used to all the great features.

Can you tell me what this recall is related to?

Thanks.

all i know is that it's related to the passenger airbag sensor on/off thing. it didn't have have passenger airbag off light on the dashboard, and now the light come on when there's no passenger.

whenever you take it to the dealer for any service, i would suggest to check your car before and after the service.

cheers
