Media Interface USB Cable

2012 E350 convertible
Media Interface USB Cable
Just picked up my E350 coupe last night. The car came with the Ipod Adapter, but no USB interface. MBUSA shows that a Media Interface USB cable is available. My local dealer didn't have one. Does anyone know where I can buy one? Is another dealer (or having the local dealer order one), the only option?
Also, they told me that I could buy a card adapter that would allow me to plug a SD card directly into the dash (I believe they said that I need a PCMCIA adapter?). I went to Best Buy and they had never heard of such a thing. Does anyone know where I could buy one of those and how much they run? Thanks for the help.

I don't know about the cable but in regards to the card they are readily available on ebay

about a little under $6 shipped, they are all the same and adapt numerous pin types to pcmcia.
rather odd that mb uses such old technology as the pcmcia slot as I thought it went by the wasteside about 5-7 years ago
