VPC delivery charge?

VPC delivery charge?
Quetions for the experts, dealer found the car with my specs(2010) says it's at the VPC in Baltimore (as part of another dealers allocation). Dealer states that in order to get it from other dealer's allocation and bring it to him from VPC I would have to pay additional $450 delivery charge?
They already charge the standard $895 destination handling charge but this would be on top of that.
Does that seem right?

depends on how far they have to ship it. in canada vehicles when not on rail or boat usually travel on a flat-deck carrier one at a time. quite costly, we pay 1995 plus tax for delivery here. i guess it all depends on supply and demand or how much they want to make the sale.
