Mercedes-Benz calls the C-, GLK, and E-series cars, which have been manufactured term 1.6.2009 - 28.2.2010.
Daimler AG is the quality of supervision, found that individual vehicles may occur in the power steering pump connector leakage. Generally, this causes the power steering pump distinct audible voice disorder. Over time may result in management changes in pregnancy, especially parking situations. Car maneuverability, however, retain at all times. Service representative to check these cars the power steering pump connector, and if necessary, tighten or install a new gasket. The inspection takes about 0.5 hours and is free of charge to the customer. Preliminary estimates show that a fault occurs in about one per cent of cars
This is the information on another countrys mercedes-website. Actually i think that i have this problem. I have some strange noise coming from front when im turning in slow speed. Car has been checked already once and all the joints and everything else are healthy as they should be. I have lowering springs so i thought that i would give time to springs settle but the noise is still there so i think that this would be the reason afterall. Im going for my first maintenance in about two weeks so i will tell the dealership to check this thing also.

Just called MB Canada they have not communicated the recall to dealers in Canada yet. Lady on the phone said it will be published by end of this week.
