2007 E350
Droid X and phone book

I have a new Droid X 2.2. I am able to make calls on the Comand system but cannot download my phone book. I had no problem with my Blackberry. Verizon says it's a Mercedes issue. Suggestions are welcomed. I have a 2007 E350.

New E Coupe - C207
android import contacts in phonebook/adressbook

I had the same problem with my HTC
The solution is:
1. On your phone.
- go to the phonebook and press Menu->Import/Export->Export to SD card,
select wich phonebook to be saved. The phone will make file 00001.vcf
2. In the car
- The phone and command must be paired
- Go to Telefone menu and select import Buisnes Card. The command will wait to receive file.
3. On your phone.
- Use Astro file manager or Es file explorer to find .vcf file on SD card and send it via Bluetooth to command. Is it very important for the command to be in a wait position and you have to send .vcf file via blutooth.

The other option...

D/L a bluetooth transfer program from the phone's marketplace (free).
you have to export the contacts on your phone (creates a file)
send the file to the comand system over bluetooth.

This is really short and sweet, if you would like more info, PM me for it. It is kind of a pain in the ****, but I got it to work.
