did you read what I wrote? :
I've got the same fitment, only in 19". same width. same offset. the tires on the 19's are appropriately matched to stock OD's. the question at hand is the C63 wheels and fitment on the C207. Everything points to 'yes'....just thought someone might have done it and could say 'no problems' before I buy.
the only unknown is brake clearance on the C207 but since the C63 has larger brakes, that should be a moot point.
entering the sizes into the calculator shows it will extend the wheel 1 mm out and 11 mm further in. the 1 mm is no big deal as there are 25.4mm to the inch however the 11 mm further inwards would extend a further 11 mm towards the strut or shock and this is about 7/16 of an inch or a finger width.
I would check to see if i can clearly place my fingers behind the wheel at all places to check for clearance in the rear.

Your car being a e coupe came with 18x8 et 45 fronts and rear 18x8.5 rears et 49, you have now changed the rears to 18x9 what is the same, when you went to 9" from 8.5" even though the same offset you changed where the center of your wheel falls in relation to the original. The wheel is now almost 7/16" sitting further inwards
You now want to make a third decision based on your second set of wheels for this car.
Next time I'll keep the information to myself when it comes to helping you out

awesome, thank!!

Maybe you have not learned any manners that when someone takes the time to try to assist you it really is not cool at all to be a jerk about your reply.
It is because of people like you, most decent people don't even bother offering assistance.

Sadly most people will feel the same as me but not bother telling you.

and, note - my first reply was tongue-in-cheek....sarcastic. He came back with the attitude.
Have you ever thought about blacking out the little rear side window slats with some black glossy limo tint? Should look awesome on a black car without the other glass being tinted; my thought would be it would blend in with the body of the car helping to cover up that akward detail mb put in the E coupe only as it was left out in the CL helping to preserve the full beauty of the pillarless design.
