I think they cost about £800 ish to spec as a factory upgrade, to buy aftermarket either from a dealership or somewhere like alloywheelsdirect.net you'll be looking at £2500+

saw these on the weekend when I went to ask about information on the new SLK. The wheels look good but the dealership said that in order to have the 19" double 7 spoke wheels you needed to change the brakes and calipers etc as well. Is this true?

Got a E250 with the standard 17" wheels which I'd love to change

Nah that's a load of bull lol you don't need to change anything, the 19" double 7's will fit on straight away, sport models come with larger front brakes + calipers in the UK so look better with the bigger wheels but I don't think it will make that much of a difference if you've not got them.

Thanks for the quick response Dr Nab

What's your opinion on ride comfort? Going from 17" to 19" seems to be a big jump. I got 18" on my R171 and it's not that comfie.. the car is actually my father's so don't want him suffering
