Well I am sorry for the delays you have had although you were dealing directly with the manufacturer because they wanted to get the first kit on the streets. So delays would be normaly if this is indeed the first kit released. I was taking it personally because you decided to hijack my thread instead of creating your own thread. As far as customer service goes, your dealing with the manufacturer who doesn't normally deal directly with the end user so sometimes they are not equipped to handle the excess emails and questions that the end user usually has which is why sometimes its best to go through an importer who can usually facilitate the information and product a little easier and faster. However next time when purchasing a product that has never been made or sold before or tested on a car try to think a little more realistic next time as they probably havent had the chance to work out all the bugs yet. A lot of times they are waiting on other suppliers or contractors for the product such as the lights and the company they have hired to make their mold and produce the body kit or bumper.

They are not real wheels, those pictures are not of a real car. Its photo shopped.

 

I know this but I was not sure if they really came out with rims also. does anyone know where I could find similar rims to this?

This kit is exactly what the E coupe needed...some aggression! Combine this with a tune on the M157 and you've got something special on your hands. Might be my next car.

I am also gun-shy about Revozport's customer service; more specifically with timely delivery as described by Stage350. I've been in contact with Revozport directly on a rear diffuser. I was quoted 3 weeks at $850+ 300 shipping. The front bumper + DRL and splitter are invoiced separately. I can't remember the quote but it was over $2k. Revozport said the bumper is FRP (Fiber reinforced plastic)... I guess that could mean use of Fiber glass or carbon Fiber, as FRP is loosely defined. But as Stage350 says it appears to be fiber glass...

 

I wanted to address some of your comments because I think they are misconstrued a little bit... I hope you don't mind because I have been importing their products for three years now so I can definitely offer some perspective as we have lots of experience dealing with them.

As far as their customer service is concerned, please keep in mind they are a manufacturer not a reseller. When it comes to customer service they recommend that you buy from a dealer of theirs and I know this can be tough to find depending on the country and area you are from, but if you have interest in ordering their products please don't hesitate to call or email me and I can definitely facilitate the transaction and offer you much better customer service than Revozport can simply because we have the time and experience to do so. Lets just say there is a lot that goes on behind the scenes that most end users or retail customers don't realize and that's where I come in. I can help fill the details and offer you someone to follow up with during every step of the process.

Another issue you mentioned was time and eta of the products. 90% of every order we place with revozport is made to order. Typical lead times on products that do not require OEM parts usually take 2-3 weeks to produce not including transit time. However if you place an order in January or February or March, these 2-3 week lead times can take 4-6 weeks because of their New Year Holiday. This time of year when they come back from Holiday they are usually backed up with orders that have been placed while they were on Holiday that need to get processed and made first so when the factory opens back up they are extremely backed up. Parts based of OEM items such as Carbon Mirror Covers the lead times can be longer because they need to order the OEM mirror covers first and they can be hard to get sometimes depending on the vehicle.

Also just in case whoever needs to know, FRP is Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic. Using this type of material helps make the product strong with very little flexing, with OEM Like fitting all the while helping to keep the product cost effective.

I can give good prices all day long but shipping international is tough. I have great sea freight rates but they take 4-6 weeks. I have good air freight rates too but they are no where near as cheap as sea freight. The good thing is though that I can ship anything you want directly from Revozport using my freight forwarders to help keep the costs down.

Thats not a problem. What I do is that I lay out the discount pricing structure before shipping and the more each customer spends the more he usually will save on shipping because some items can be packaged in together in the same box. You normally would have to pay shipping anyway but at least now there is an incentive to buy more parts because you will receive a discount on the parts and on the shipping.
