Question Fog Light replacement

does anyone know what size and what kind of bulb that i have to replace for oval day light and fog light?
the stock one is kind tha orangish.. so
i wanna change it to h7 120 LED is that going to be ok?
is there any certain spec that i have to follow ? anything related to fog light please reply~
please help me out
and how to remove the stock one?
