This may be something that interests you. I've looked into it and I haven't joined yet since I've only had my car for a month.
It seems like they do meet-ups. Looks like there's a caravan on the 18th to the MBUSA headquarters in Montvale, NJ.

I'm over in Yonkers so I can pretty much join the club of Westchester or NYC.
I'm not really convinced these meet ups are very fun though. Maybe someone else here has had experience with them?
