Door won't lock after pressing the lock button
So we tried both ways: Keyless/key and the door lock switch, the driver side door wouldn't lock even after the alarm was activated. It turned out the door latch is broken.
Good lord! It cost $450 to replace a latch? I am glad it's still under warranty
