PLEASE HELP-NAVIGATION TRAFFIC ISSUE
hi guys,
ive had this problem since i got my car and the dealer cant figure it out. In Navigation section, when you choose the "TRAFFIC" option, its supposed to give you live information on blockages, construction, detours etc. I keep getting NEW YORK information everyday and I live in Montreal Quebec. Other cars like mine here get MONTREAL info except mine. The dealer is cluless, initially they said it was a sirius sattelite issue but then they realized I have a sirius subscription, they told me to call sirius and activate the traffic service and I was told by sirius that they dont offer that service in Canada, only in US which is ridiculous cuz the car I test drove, friend who has exact same car, an e550 my friend test drove, all have MONTREAL info. If someone could shed some light on this I would be immensely appreciative. Thanks in advance!
