anyone else having their battery die on them? 35k miles, new battery. also, my driver airbag stopped working and they fixed it three times, now the passenger one broke, too. all of this is warranty, but a bit strange. my sunscreen also broke on me.

electrical problems aren't rare for merc, but i swear my car has a mind of its own.

had to buy new tires again - for those of you who drive hard, i recommend the insurance package for wheels and tires. it's paid off for me two or three times over. blew out both right tires the other day - free replacement. they have fixed the wheels several times too.

Can you elaborate a little on these issues? What do you mean you "blew out both right tires"? You mean they failed or did you hit something? What went wrong with the wheels? Sounds like a little abuse to me.

i hit something in the road that i didn't see. the insurance covered it.

How does this insurance package work?

What if you, by mstake, hit the curb and srcatch the wheel? Do they repaint the wheel? What if the wheel is bent?

yes, they refurbish the wheel or fix it if it's bent. if it's bent beyond repair, they replace it.
