Can't Find the Battery

I recently attended a "new owners briefing" hosted by the dealership where I bought my 2012 Coupe. Surprisingly, the service technician addressing our group couldn't answer my question as to the wherabouts of the battery. Can anyone please help with this? Also, are there one or two batteries? Thanks.

E350 Coupe
The battery in the E350 is located in the back corner of the engine compartment on the passengers side (US model). It is located under a hugh plastic cover that is part of the cabin air intake system. The cover is held in place with 3 clips one on each side and one in the middle on the firewall side of the cover.

Wow. That's encouraging. A tech didn't know where the battery was, I even knew that one... Make sure he's/she's? not the one to work on your new car...

Are you sure it wasn't the delivery specialst? They're usually attractive, young ladies that familiarize you with the workings of the car, sync your phone, show you the command, etc...
