'12 E550C, Sierra Denali
Would rims with these offsets fit '12 E550C?

19 x 8.5" front; 19 x 9.5 rear
Offset: 40 front; 52 rear

MSS tires
245 x 35 x 19 front; 275 x 30 x 19 rear

can't see why not my 19s are pretty similar to that, i'm running 235 up front and 265 at the back

Front is no issue. Rear may rub on inside - 9.5 et52 wheels will have 16mm less clearance than stock. But even if they do rub, 10mm spacers on rear (for offstet of 42) will fix any issues(if any).

BTW, 245/275 19" is the way to go instead of 235/265 19", especially for E550. For 20" however, I do use 235/265.

I run the 245 front and the 275 rear with no problems
