You should enable BT Audio in the Engineering Menu and if you are having issues with pairing or reconnecting once paired, go to the dealer and have them do the firmware upgrade. Hope this is useful!

with the new firmware, it works like it should. I only wish that we had the USB jack in the center console so I could charge my iPhone there. I'm sure I could retrofit that but it's not that big of a deal.
I'm going to look into something like this to put in the cigarette lighter socket. Should be low profile enough to allow the cover to slide back when not in use.

I Just purchased a 2010 C 350 and curious if this will work with a C CLass? I see you guys are referring to the E Class. Mine has the Command with Navigation and Ipod connector/aux in the glovebox.
Dealer and MB 800 aren't to eager to provide much help.
I would LOVE to get this working!
Thanks in advance!

Please help.. Thanks.
Other than privacy from the other people in the vehicle, I can't think of why you would want to use the handset to answer the call.
I'm planning to get it with HK stereo but thats where my knowledge ends. Thanks.
Once paired, you need to again access the menu in Command to turn Bluetooth on.
The owner's manual will get you started then the Command system will walk you thru the steps. Pretty simple, even for an old analog guy like me.
The pairing itself is obvious.
