Introducing Eisenmann's E350/550 Coupe Exhaust System
Eisenmann's engineers are responsible for designing the OEM systems seen on Porsche and AMG cars, and use this experience to design the best performance exhaust systems in the world. Eisenmann's Mercedes W207 E350/550 Coupe exhaust system features 4 x 120 x 77mm oval tips, sport or race sound options, and Eisenmann's trademark tone for a deep sound at low RPM, and a true performance car scream at high RPM.
The Eisenmann W207 exhaust system is a cat back, bolt-on system available in RACE or SPORT sound configuration.

I have yet to see one of these on an E550 coupe anywhere, and when I asked Eisenmann directly they said they only have exhausts for the E350 and E500. Even though the E500 and E550 should be identical (same engine/chassis), they wouldn't say if it would fit a USDM E550 coupe.
Can anyone confirm that the E500 exhaust fits on the E550? Another source told me the exhaust hangars are different, and that Eisemann is currently working on a revised version for the E550 which will be released soon.

While it lists the 10-11 E500 coupe and sedan, it doesn't list the 10-11 E550 coupe and sedan.
One could assume they're the same and I'm stressing over insignificant details, but it's a lot of money to throw at something that could possibly require some modification to fit. Thanks for your input.

The dual oval tips on your pic do not look at all like the ones on my 2014 E550 Coupe. Your tips seem to be attached to the resonators. On mine there are chrome surrounds attached to the diffuser with the resonator outlet tubing merely inserted part way into the surrounds. It looks like your dual ovals might require a mod-ed or different diffuser? I could send you a pic in a PM of mine if you like.

Yes you are right Jerry, there is no way aftermarket exhaust is going to fit our facelift coupe unless we chop off the tips.. I love the looks of our current diffuser and will never sacrifice that because I want aftermarket exhasit tips to fit..looks like there are no choices for mufflers.. Only mod we can do is mid pipe onwards
