Hi - on a roadtrip this weekend, I noticed there's pulsing in the brakes at medium use, i.e. braking for traffic on the highway. It's enough that the steering wheel is affected. My car has the drilled rotors (AMG Package). Has anybody experience this? Turning the rotors on a lathe an option?

I haven't visited the dealer yet but not sure if this is a common issue or if turning rotors is part of the fix vs. the dealer wanting to swap on new rotors/pads.
