Small increase in Base MSRP and some changes in Options pricing structure.
To give you a rough idea, net-net, my '12 duplicated with the same options in a '13 is +$650 MSRP.

2012 E550 Coupe
As far as I can tell my 2012 E550 coupe would be about $800 MSRP or so less since the price for diamond white metallic paint went down about half. The rest appears about the same.
Mine does not have any of the driver assist stuff or Mbrace.
