Check Coolant Light?
When I start my car cold it's recently been giving me the error "Check coolant level, see operators manual". But after a few minutes it goes away, and once the engine is warm, I can turn off and on the car with no message.
Anyone else had this?

I haven't had it on the MB but I have on other cars. It was caused by having the fluid somewhat low.
When the fluid warms up and pressurizes the cooling system it expands and covers the sensor.
That said I have no idea where the MB has the sensor or even what type of sensor it is. Possibly the sensor has a barely connected internal connection which makes contact when warm. This type of stuff is a real PITA to find so as a first step I would add some fluid to the reservoir. After that it's take out the sensor, put it in the refrigerator, read the resistance then put it in some really hot water and see if the resistance makes a wholesale change. Either the dealer or someone with a shop manual should know what you should be reading at various temperature levels.
