any one know how to get the rear emblem off without breaking it off?

what about the pins in the back of the emblem? do they just pop out? or are they screwed in the other side of the boot lid?

oh, I thought you wanted to remove the exxx emblem. if you mean the mercedes star, im not too sure about that one. anyone know?

They have 2 little plastic tips behind the trunk and you have to pull the trunk linen to access to the the tips. Then, you may have to use the dental foss or goo gone to loosen the double sided tape behind the emblem (probably has no double sided tape). But I am pretty sure that the trunk will have 2 holes after the emblem is removed

I have seen those little plastic tips when I was fixing the led license lamps last week.
