How do I get the effect on my headlights?

On my other non-Mercedes car, I have clear bra (paint protection film) on the headlights. When wearing polarized sunglasses, under the right lighting I can see the effect just like in your picture.

I suspect that SLR in your picture also has clear bra on its headlights.
