I believe those are both OEM Mercedes DRL light assemblies.
If you have the hockey stick shaped ones and don't like them, you can switch to the straight line ones pretty easily by ordering the parts from your local MB dealership. The part numbers are listed in another thread in the forum should you choose to go that route.

retrofit
I have neither i have fog lights, the round ones and im trying to get the hockey pucks or the straight line led's as a retrofit?
Im assuming no vendor has come out with an alternate retrofit yet !
