As president of the NO black wheels causcus...I would to all of you who are hanging on to that police cruiser look...black wheels. Please...please take a look at the black wheels with polished faces. Come on guys....you are not driving a 1990 Honda Civic. Keep the look...just accent it a bit with polished spoke surfaces.
