Ride Comfort in E350 Coupe???

I have a 2012 E350 Luxury Model Sedan and have been considering switching to the E350 Coupe. My problem is that I like a smooth, quiet ride and wonder just how the coupe rides compared to my E350 sedan? My wife doesn't want me to get the coupe if the ride is at all harsh like in the C350 Sport Sedan that we had as a loaner.

Only MBs - the best or nothing
Having had both E550 coupe and E350 Sport sedans, let me assure you that based on your criteria and considering that you chose W212 Luxury (not Sport), C-class based C207 is not for you.

I would try a luxury version of the E350 coupe before I ruled it out completely. I suspect that the E550 rides stiffer than the E350 coupe. I'm like you I like a smooth ride and will likely get a luxury E350 sedan but didn't find the luxury E350 coupe to be harsh. Likely not as smooth as your sedan but it didn't seem tiresomely busy either.

For reference I drove a C250 and C350 coupe and found both of them to have too busy of a ride.

Thanks for the prompt response. It looks like I need to take a good long test ride to see how it feels. I did have a CLK 430 and didn't like the ride but I then bought a CLK 320 and it was fine.
I have driven a GLK 350 and it had as good or better ride than my E350.

Your suggestion to drive a non-sports version is good, if I could find one, but my dealer seems to stock all cars with sports suspensions.

That's the problem with Mercedes in general now they are heavily catering to the sports oriented versions of the C Class and to a large degree E Class as well.

When I wanted a Luxury model E350 my dealer had nearly 50 Sports
E Sedan models and no Luxury.
