FULL WINDSCREEN FOR E350 CABRIOLET
I am surprised how well the wind is controlled by the air cap and small windscreen between the rear seats and the windows raised.
Has anyone felt the need to purchase the full windscreen that covers the whole rear seat? If so, does it work well with the windows down?

Finally found the one that works
After searching online for many hours I first found that you can buy the wind deflector that goes over the rear seats and made by MB on Ebay. It's original equipment and works far better than the ineffective air cap system and fits in the two holes that are already in the car. It works beautifully with the windowns down and better than the air cap with the windows up.
Aftermarket stuff that I saw is junk. I bugged my dealer's parts department for a week because they said that MB claimed that it's not available in the US. Not true. They finally found it and I ordered it.
It cost $600 which is cheaper than the $750 charged by private parties on Ebay in Europe. They also charge for shipping and then you would have to pay import tax. This one also folds so it fits in the trunk, the aftermarket ones don't.
Well worth it. It'll give you at least two more months of driving with the top down, depending on the climate where you live.
