I own a 2012 E250 Coupe Avantegarde in Bangladesh and since my first service at the dealership I am experiencing power loss and abnormality in the gear ratio or transmission. The computer shows two faults and the dealers workshop's unable to solve the issue. The fault states that in cylinder 1 and 4, the knock limit has exceeded and the signal amplitude is greater than the maximum amplitude. Please can someone explain to me how to fix the issue. Might it be gas related? Reset the code, empty the tank, try different gas (hopefully the best gas in the area), and see if the codes come back...

Strangely enough I did the resetting of the 'holding key in second slot, pushing pedal for five seconds and then putting key back to ist ignition spot and releasing pedal and waiting for 2 to 3 mins for restating of ICU.' Kinda worked ... my dealer's been absolutely unhelpful.
