2012 e550 complete malfunction
I picked up a 2012 e550 CPO in April and in June it started acting up. When I start the car with the keyless go after its been sitting for more than 24 hrs the car starts but nothing works, no ESP ,no abs ,no lights ,no air ,nothing and it won't go into gear either. The dealer has replaced the shifter, done a software update and also replaced the ESP. All on different service trips to try and correct the issue. After each replacement the car runs for a few days then goes back to the same issue. I called the dealer where I bought it out of state and the service guy said in their report it had never been in for anything more than normal service and CPO certification. The car had 19500 miles when I got it now it has 25000 and going back to the shop tomorrow. I am talking about a complete system lockup of the vehicle. First 2 times it happened i was ably to do a reset by removing he keyless go button and using e regular key fob but now it won't even reset when I do that. Has anyone heard of this? Even the dealership has no clue and is in contact with mb engineers .

to me it sounds like battery was drained due to component draining battery.
On my old AMG C32.. it was the seats and overhead lights.
Have you tried a new car battery? Dealer won't cover since its a wear and tear item, speacially at 19k+ miles.
I was having issues with rotors, but I replaced at my own expense ($400) and best money I have spent so far on my front brakes. Car stops really solid and no vibration.
I expect issues to pop up with this engine.. part of doing busines with MB. Every name plate out there will have issues.. as long you have a good service department and you don't mind loaners, its not that painful.
Trust me, after 2 AMG kompressor cars.. I was at the dealer alot.

The car turns on like normal but revs at high rpm and all the systems show a malfunction. The shifter won't go into gear unless you bypass the shift lock under the shift cover, so I'm not not thinking it's battery since it doesn't hesitate to start.
