Parktronic retro
I'm working on a Parktronic retro to my 2011 E350 Cabriolet. I have all the parts (including the sensors installed in my new AMG bumpers) except for the rear warning/alert LED bar which fits in a cover between the headrests in the rear seats.
I have part# 207-975-06-27 (the cover) and the alert bar part# 001-542-47-23. The problem is that the LED alert doesn't fit in the opening of the cover. It is slightly smaller than the cover's hole and there seems to be some kind of bezel part that should go there first. Nothing in parts shows this and I'm at a loss to figure out what I'm missing. I've been all over parts.com and visited two MB dealers and they all show the part I've already selected. If anyone with a E350 cabo can take a photo of the rear Parktronic sensor between the rear seats? A picture may help solve the mystery.

My next try will be to see if the roof bezel from a E350 coupe is the missing part I need... still looking for a kind soul to post a picture of their E350 cabo rear Parktronic alert unit.

Thanks NAB that does the trick and tells the story. As you can see from my picture of two parts: the cover & alert bar. EPC does not show the missing bezel your photos clearly depict. I'm hoping the same bezel that goes with the coupe in the rear roof mounted Parktronic alert is the same your photo shows. I'll let everyone know when it arrives from Germany.
