Uneven Tire Wear 2011 E350
Long and embarrassing story but I blew out both of my left tires about 8000 miles ago. So I was stranded and had to have Firestone install 4 new tires with just what they could find available one Friday afternoon. I spent a fortune and got the lifetime alignment too.
Anyway, I have noticed that the inside inch of all four tires is wearing much more dramatically than the rest of the tire. Frankly, the middle and outside of the tire looks great and barely worn. But the inside inch is showing some cord. I am going into Firestone later today but expect problems.
Has anyone had issues with inside tire wear like this? Or was the camber / alignment messed up.
I appreciate any comments since I am far from an expert.

bad alignment , too much negative camber , not many shops can do alignment for a German car
Firestone ? for some generic car they maybe Ok but not for MB
in my city i hardly know 2-3 shops which can do it in the right way

K-MAC manufacture Front Camber and Caster kits and Rear Camber and Toe adjuster kits to properly compensate for premature edge tire wear and improve traction. Currently front and rear Toe only adjustment is available OEM on virtually all Mercedes models.
